Note Types

Note Types let you add custom fields to certain notes and categorize information you need to record that is not task-related.

For example, you could keep an open note for medical information about your client, add a note for phone logs, or use notes on your dashboard to track your personal productivity.

The Note types let you choose a note that will pre-populate a number of custom fields in addition to the free text area.


Then, when working with notes in a matter or dashboard, you can quickly pull up those fields relevant to the note.

Like all other elements, notes can have due dates, assigned users, labels and comments.
